When a question
is based on a speech or presentation, you must address your audience
at the beginning and the conclusion of the speech.
The purpose of
your essay is to introduce. You can't say/write everything you know
about Bishop. You must select the features of her work which may interest
your audience and which you feel they should know about.
Try to give an
overview of the poet's concerns, and the personality which emerges in
her poetry.
Your speech should
leave your audience wanting to know more about the poet.
Show enthusiasm
for your subject, as this will make the topic more interesting for your
audience.
